Decoupage Essentials

Decoupage is the ever-popular art of creating a three-dimensional picture by cutting out several layers of the same picture and positioning them on top of one another. This creates a 3D effect and some cards can quite literally jump out at you! All that is needed to create your own beautiful designs is a pair of scissors, together with foam pads (or silicone glue) and some of our beautiful decoupage sheets.
