Q. Is it safe to shop online at www.cardcraftplus.co.uk?
A. Yes. We use the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption method and we have never had any problems with security. However, if you are still wary, you can call our friendly Customer Services team on 01772 272572.
Q. How can I pay for my order?
A. You can pay using any of the following cards: Delta, Mastercard, Solo, Maestro, Visa and Visa Electron.
Q. Can I cancel or change an order?

Q. How can I add to my order once it has been submitted?
A. You can either email enquiries@cardcraftplus.co.uk or call us on 01772 272572. Providing your order has not already been despatched your order will be amended for you.
Q. Am I charged for the items as soon as I order them?
A. No - we invoice your order in full only when the majority is ready to despatch. In the unlikely event of us having to place an item on back order, we will send it out to you at our cost as soon as it arrives in the warehouse.
Q. What are your postage and packing charges?
- All orders receive FREE Craft & Save 5-day delivery as standard.
- Orders over £40 receive FREE upgrade to Craft Priority 48-hour delivery
- Orders over £100 receive FREE upgrade to Craft Ultimate next-day delivery (orders should be received by us by 1.00pm).
Delivery Upgrades If you want to receive your order as soon as possible, you can upgrade to the next level of delivery service for just £3.95
If you wish to upgrade from the Craft & Save 5-day delivery to the Craft Ultimate Service you can do this for a charge of £6.95
Exclusions apply - this delivery service is only available to customers on UK Mainland.
Q. How long do I have to wait for my order to arrive?
A. Depending on the level of delivery service that your order attracts, you will receive your goods within 2 to 5 working days. (Working Days are Monday to Friday)
A signature is required on receipt of your parcel, so please choose a delivery address where you will be available. No parcels will be left without a signature.
As soon as your parcel is despatched you will be notified by e-mail. You will then receive a further email or text message to inform you of the delivery day and time.. You will be able to track your parcel through the courier website, which will also allow you to change the time of delivery to suit.
For orders placed via any other method, we aim to despatch within 5 days of receipt. Again, however, during busy periods this may not always be possible. Our friendly staff are happy to give you an estimated despatch date via the phone.
Q. Can I order from overseas?
A. We will happily ship orders overseas, however the delivery charge will be dependant on each particular package and destination. When ordering online from overseas, please put your full address including your country and your order will be processed, weighed and the postage charged accordingly. Q. How do I return an item I have purchased?
A. If upon receipt of an item you are unhappy for any reason, we are able to accept the return of goods for full credit, providing we are informed of your wish to return the item within 7 days. The item must not have been removed from its packaging and must be in a re-saleable condition. It is however your responsibility to return the items and this will be done at the customer's expense.
Q. Can I return an item I purchased by mistake?
A. If you have ordered the wrong goods we will be happy to exchange them provided you pay the post and packaging both ways and the items are returned to us in perfect condition within 28 days of purchase.
Q. What happens if an item I have purchased is faulty?
A. In the unlikely event of an item being faulty, the fault of the goods must be stated upon return. A trained member of staff will investigate the problem and if found to be faulty the item will be exchanged or refunded. A credit will be added to your account covering any postage costs incurred.
Q. What is the Cardcraft Plus policy on privacy and security?
A. Personal information is private so we treat it with the highest standards of safety, security and confidentiality. This means that you can rest assured that your credit card and personal information are safe with us. We will never sell or give any information we have about you to any other company.

Q. Are your products good quality?
A. Our products are all premium quality. We only use acid-and-lignin free matt and silk-art stock for our paper products, with our backing papers at 115gsm, our decoupage at 130gsm for easy cutting and our pyramage and storytellers at 250gsm. For your peace of mind, in the unlikely event that you are not fully satisfied with the quality of our product, you are entitled to a refund in full.
