Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and then add them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

Returns Policy

If upon receipt of an item you are unhappy for any reason, we are able to accept the return of the goods provided we are informed of your wish to return them within 7 days.

In the unlikely event of an item being faulty, the fault must be stated on return. All other items must be returned in good condition and saleable as new. We reserve the right to refuse refund of any items that are not returned in a reasonable condition.

Customer Satisfaction

If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, with our products or services, then please do not hesitate to contact us so that we can immediately rectify the problem.

Our customer service lines are manned Monday to Friday from 9.00am until 5.00pm. Outside these hours we have an internal answering machine service where you may leave us a short note of any queries or orders. Calls we be charged at your service provider's normal rate. Alternatively, you can fax us on 01772 556301.

If you have placed an order by mistake, or wish to cancel your order for any reason, please call us on 01772 272572 within 24 hours of placing your order.

Should you wish to return or exchange any item it would be most helpful if you could contact Customer Service Department with in 7 working days. It is the customer's responsibility to return items and any items returned without a fault are done so at the customer's expense within 7 working days. This period runs from the day after the day of delivery of goods. All other items must be returned in good condition and saleable as new. We reserve the right to refuse refund of any items that are not returned in a reasonable condition.

Product Availability

We do our best to ensure availability of all our products. If, however, we are unable to supply an item, we will inform you of the delay and the expected delivery date. All outstanding products are held on file and we will despatch them under separate cover as soon as they become available. You will not be charged for this seperate delivery for any back orders in the United Kingdom. Occasionally we find ourselves having to cancel and withdraw an item. In these circumstances we will inform you immediately.

Payment & Pricing

Payment over the internet can be made by Visa, Mastercard or Switch. Payment will not be debited from your account until goods are despatched to you. All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) at UK rates. It may be necessary to adjust the prices in the event of an increase in VAT rates, or as a result of an international price increase. For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is currently added.

Customers are entitled to a full refund if this is not acceptable.

Delivery

Postage and Packing Costs:

For orders under £50.00 - Please add £2.95

For orders over £50.00 - Post & Packing is FREE

Overseas orders actual post and packing applies.

For web customers only we aim to despatch all orders within 3-4 working days of receipt, during busy periods or on the rare occasion that complications may occur it may be necessary to extend this lead time. (Opening Hours 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday)

For orders placed via any other method, we aim to despatch all orders within one week of receipt. Again however, during busy periods this may not always be possible. Our staff are happy to give you an estimated despatch date via the phone.

All orders for destinations outside of the United Kingdom must be paid by credit card and actual postage will be charged. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else in the world, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We have tried our best to match colours and hues as closely as possible, however the colour photographs and/or illustrations in the catalogue/website cannot always be an exact reproduction of the original articles.

We receive your details either when you place an order, request a catalogue or when you have been recommended by a friend to receive a copy of our catalogue. This is so that we can process and fulfil your order, notify you of your order status and, if you choose, send you our regular email newsletter.

Your details also allow us to enhance your overall shopping experience, providing a more personalised website. They also help us monitor how you use our site and buy from it so that we can develop the design and layout, and recommend items we think you may be interested in. When you place an order or access your account information, we offer the use of a secure server. We encrypt your details, in particular your credit card information using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Cardcraft Plus Limited will never request information that is excessive for our purpose, and we try, with your help, to keep any information we hold about you up to date and accurate. Any information we store that is no longer relevant will be deleted after a reasonable length of time.

You can request at any time that we stop using information and mailing our catalogues to you, by notifying our Customer Services Department on 01772 272572.
