Q. Is your colour catalogue free?

A. Yes, our 68-page colour catalogue is absolutely free of charge. We cover all the cost for postage and packing.

Q. How do I use this website?

A.
We have tried to make it nice and easy to use, but in case you're new to the internet or encounter any problems on your visit here are some instructions on how to use our website.

Q. Is it safe to shop online at www.cardcraftplus.co.uk?

A. Yes. We have been using the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption method since our website went live in 2004 and we have never had any problems with security. However, if you are still wary, you can call our friendly Customer Services team on 01772 272572.

Q. How can I pay for my order?

A. You can pay using any of the following cards, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro/Switch, Solo or Visa Electron. However we do not accept American Express.

Q. Can I cancel or change an order?

A. Of course - just call our friendly Customer Services team on 01772 272572.

Q. How can I add to my order once it has been submitted?

A. You can either email enquiries@cardcraftplus.co.uk or call us on 01772 272572. Providing your order has not already been dispatched your order will be amended for you.

Q. Am I charged for the items as soon as I order them?

A. No - we only charge you when your items are despatched.

Q. Do I have to pay for post and packaging?

A. If your order is over £50.00 your post and packaging is free! For orders under £50.00 the post and packaging is charged at £2.95.

Q. How long do I have to wait for my order to arrive?

A.
For web customers only we aim to despatch all orders within 5-7 working days of receipt, during busy periods or on the rare occasion that complications may occur it may be necessary to extend this lead time. (Opening Hours 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday)

For orders placed via any other method, we aim to despatch all orders within 7-10 days of receipt. Again however, during busy periods this may not always be possible. Our friendly staff are happy to give you an estimated despatch date via the phone.

Q. Can I order from overseas?

A.
We offer a full mail order service for all countries outside the UK using Small Packet Post. Overseas orders must be paid by Credit/Debit card. All orders will be weighed and the actual postage cost plus 50p packaging will be added to your order total. We will inform you of the cost of despatching only if you requested to do so. Please allow 28 days for delivery.

Q. How do I return an item I have purchased?

A.
If upon receipt of an item you are unhappy for any reason, we are able to accept the return of goods for full credit, providing we are informed of your wish to return the item within 7 days. The item must not have been removed from its packaging and must be in a re-saleable condition. It is however your responsibility to return the items and this will be done at the customer's expense.

Q. Can I return an item I purchased by mistake?

A.
If you have ordered the wrong goods we will be happy to exchange them provided you pay the post and packaging both ways and the items are returned to us in perfect condition within 28 days of purchase.

Q. What happens if an item I have purchased is faulty?

A.
In the unlikely event of an item being faulty, the fault of the goods must be stated upon return. Upon return a trained member of staff will investigate the problem and if found to be faulty the item will be exchanged or refunded. A credit will be added to your account covering any postage costs incurred.

Q. Do you sell gift vouchers?

A.
We do. You can purchase them online, by mail order or in our factory outlet, and spend them by mail order and in the factory outlet.

Q. I can't see the Cardcraft Plus website clearly, what should I do?

A.
To adjust the text size go to View and then select Text Size, you can adjust the text size accordingly. If this does not help try restarting our computer. If you continue to have trouble call our friendly Customer Services Team on 01772 272572.
