Searching

Finding the product you're after is easy: just type a word into the search box such as 'Lucido', and every product associated with Lucido will appear in the search results page.

Tip: Try Being as specific as possible to narrow down your search. Typing the word 'Lucido' will show you lots of results, but if you're actually after a Lucido Sticker, type 'Lucido Sticker' - results will be much more relevant.

Alternatively, just type the catalogue reference number of the product you're looking for.

How to order

Find a product you want and click the 'add to basket' button - It will then be added to your shopping cart. Once you have got everything that you want in your cart, click 'shopping cart' to continue.

In the shopping cart section you can add or remove any items and when your ready to continue juct click the 'checkout now' button. You will then be forwarded to the secure part of the website - the checkout.

The 'checkout' is just like a till in a real shop: it's here you pay for your shopping. You can choose an alternative delivery address at this point before giving us any details. You then need to fill in your details for us to process the order. When completed you can click 'remember me!' which will always bring up your address when you order. Click 'next' and proceed to the next screen. Here you will fill in your cards details, then click next. You will now view a copy of your invoice which includes the invoice and delivery addresses, order number, date, payment method, the items you ordered and the total cost. Click 'done' and your order is complete!
